Local panel discusses trends in estate planning litigation

TS Prosperity Group recently hosted a panel discussion on trends in estate planning litigation held at the Council Bluffs Public Library. Over 20 area attorneys gathered at the session to learn about litigation trends among family members in the administration of estates and trusts, as well as guardianships, conservatorships, mediation and more.
Panel speakers included Pottawattamie county district court judges: Judge Kathleen Kilnoski, Judge Craig Dreismeier, and Judge Margaret Popp Reyes. After each panelist shared their experience, then the floor was available for all attendees to ask questions in an open forum. Questions ranged from family mediation, probate settlement processes, mental health, emergency medical services, filing protections, as well as guardianships and conservatorships.
