TS Bank announces new virtual support platform
April 13, 2022 | TS Bank
TS Bank is excited to announce a new virtual platform available on our website called Virtual Support. This enhanced real-time platform allows clients to connect with a client service specialist through chat, voice call or video conference via their computer or web browser on their mobile device all from the comfort of their home, office, vacation destination or anywhere in between.
This new digital channel deepens our face-to-face relationships with clients virtually through multiple channels. “Virtual Support offers a collaborative and secure video service and support option in addition to a chat or voice call. We are excited for clients to enjoy this new digital solution,” said TS Bank Client Service Manager, Sally Myers.
This Virtual Support platform seamlessly integrates into the TS Bank website and offers clients a single-touch journey. Clients can reach a client service specialist for general inquiries, quick solutions for account or internet banking trouble-shooting, obtaining common document signatures and much more.
Banking is constantly evolving and creating new ways for us to interact with our clients is a top priority. While we have offered live chat for quite some time, the increased ability for our clients to choose how they want to interact with us for service is a new level of digital enhancement. “As a digitally focused community bank in southwest Iowa, it is important for us to offer new technology that enhances our clients’ service experience," added Myers.
TS Bank is using the service POPi/o, the only platform of its kind built specifically for financial institutions. Through POPi/o clients have the unique ability to leverage services through convenient and comprehensive digital channels including live chat, a voice call or face-to-face video assistance.
