TS Prosperity Group is passionate about helping our local communities create prosperity. Not only are we focused on individual families but also nonprofits and small businesses that are looking for a trusted financial partner to assist them in accomplishing their goals. This emphasis allows us to have an impact on keeping and growing the financial health of our friends, families and communities.

We are service and client-oriented. We believe that by being an active, positive force within our communities, we can assist nonprofits in accomplishing their local missions. We do this in many ways: employee volunteerism, reinvesting 10% of pre-tax profits back into our community and by providing fiduciary and investment risk management services to non-profit organizations, to help them preserve and grow their endowments.

Employee Volunteerism
Our employees spend time in the community volunteering as a group and paying success forward. Projects have included serving meals and deep cleaning at MICAH House, weeding and painting an outdoor space at Children’s Square and stuffing Easter eggs for the Lakin Campus Easter Egg Hunt. Our organization is so passionate about service to their communities that all employees are given 50 hours of volunteer time off to give back to the organizations that are meaningful to them. Additionally, many employees are board members for local nonprofit agencies.

Community Reinvestment
We are very intentional about our company values and strive to live these out with others in our community. We know that local organizations need our support which is why we are proud to reinvest 10 percent of our pre-tax income back into the communities we serve.

Fiduciary and Investment Risk Management Services
MICAH House is one organization we are proud to have as a client. MICAH house is an emergency family shelter in Council Bluffs, Iowa, which serves Southwest Iowa and the Omaha-metro area. For more than 30 years, MICAH House has been a haven for families and individuals experiencing the crisis of homelessness. The shelter provides the resources and support necessary for clients to regain self-sufficiency and reenter the community. Here’s what they have to say about our relationship:

Jim Koch Senior Fiduciary Officer, VP Jim joined the TS Prosperity Group in 2010. As a Fiduciary Officer, Jim assists clients in the development and implementation of their individual and family prosperity plans. As part of the team, Jim provides clients with fiduciary account management, focusing on investment agency accounts, IRAs and retirement planning assistance. Jim is a native of north-central Iowa and he earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Saint Thomas, St. Paul, MN.  Jim’s work experience includes more than two decades of financial and operations management in universities, non-profit organizations and private foundations.
