Austin Diehm – Market President, Council Bluffs
Austin leads our Council Bluffs team as the Market President. Austin has been a local community banker for nearly 20 years, starting as a teller in his late teens. Austin has served in various banking roles, including commercial lending, treasury management, and merchant processing, among several others. Austin holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Leadership from Grace University, which he applies every day as he fulfills his various responsibilities. Austin is a lifelong resident of Council Bluffs, where he lives with his wife and 4 children. Austin enjoys giving back to his community through various boards, as well as serving his local church family.

Tysen Christensen – Market President/VP of Regional Ag, Corning
Tysen’s career in banking began immediately after his college graduation in 2004 as a CSR/Teller in Corning. He started his lending career with Okey Vernon Bank in 2006 and progressed to his current role as the Market President for Corning and VP of Regional Ag Banking for TS Bank who acquired Okey Vernon Bank in 2016. Tysen enjoys taking a hands-on approach and being a true partner for his clients. He has deep knowledge in the ag industry from helping manage input costs to finding the right hedging strategy. Tysen appreciates helping his farm clients through the many aspects of managing a farming operation.
