In October of 2016, TS Bank opened its downtown location at 43 Scott Street in Council Bluffs, Iowa. The four-story building houses not only the first-floor bank branch, but the company's trust department, TS Prosperity Group, on the fourth floor. This location features a Video ATM that converts to a 24-HR ATM after hours in the drive-thru.

Meet the team

	Austin Diehm – Market President, Council Bluffs Austin leads our Council Bluffs team as the Market President. Austin has been a local community banker for nearly 20 years, starting as a teller in his late teens. Austin has served in various banking roles, including commercial lending, treasury management, and merchant processing, among several others. Austin holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Leadership from Grace University, which he applies every day as he fulfills his various responsibilities. Austin is a lifelong resident of Council Bluffs, where he lives with his wife and 4 children. Austin enjoys giving back to his community through various boards, as well as serving his local church family. 712-524-8156
	Nikki Tiarks- VP of Consumer Banking Nikki serves as the AVP of Personal Banking for the Council Bluffs branches. She joined TS Bank in March of 2020 with over 19 years of banking experience ranging from teller to branch management, audit, compliance, operations, training and development. Nikki received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Banking and Finance from Buena Vista University. She is an American Bankers Association School of Compliance graduate and is a Certified Presenter with Dialogue Works. Nikki is the Chair of the Board of Directors for PACE- Pottawattamie Arts Culture and Entertainment and has been involved with the Council Bluffs arts organizations for several years. 712-487-1002
	Marie Miller – VP of Consumer and Commercial Real Estate Credit, Council Bluffs Marie Miller started her career with TS Bank in August 2012 and today serves as Vice President of Consumer and Real Estate Credit. In this role, Marie facilitates commercial loans and business banking relationships by matching clients appropriately with products and services that best serve their business needs. Marie graduated from the University of Northern Iowa in 1998 with a Bachelor of Arts in Business. She was an Area Sales Manager for a large department store chain before entering the banking industry. Marie began her banking career in 2001 and has held a number of different titles such as Loan Secretary, Loan Documentation Specialist, Personal Banking Officer, and Commercial Loan Officer. Marie currently serves on the Council Bluffs Guild for the Omaha Symphony and the CHI Patient and Family Advisory Counsel. 712-487-1006
	Andrew Murray - VP of Business Banking, Council Bluffs Andrew re-joined the TS Bank team in December 2019, after previously serving the company from 2014 - 2015. He was born and raised in Council Bluffs and graduated from Iowa State University. Andrew brings over 22 years of banking experience, holding positions from personal banker to a branch manager. He has been married for 19 years, and together he and his wife have two daughters. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, golfing and is a fitness instructor at the Charles Lakin YMCA where he is also serves on the board. Andrew is the current board president for the Council Bluffs Building Trades Association and also serves on the board with Habitat for Humanity in Council Bluffs. 712-487-1008
