FAQs: TS Bank Online and Mobile Banking

We want to help you have a great experience using TS Bank’s online and mobile banking technology. Here are some helpful tips to keep you banking on your time!

What if I forgot my Username?
You must contact TS Bank to request your Username or change it.

What if I forgot my Password?
If you aren’t sure what your password is, it would be best to use the Forgot Password option. Client initiated password resets will NOT work if you have entered your password incorrectly three times in a row.  When trying to login, after the second incorrect attempt click on “Forgot Password” and reset your password without having to contact the bank.  If you enter an incorrect password three times in a row, this locks you out of your account, and you will need to contact the bank for a new temporary password.   

Note: After three failed attempts, it may seem like you are able to reset your password, but you will never receive the email.

What are the requirements for a username and password?
Remember, your Username is not your email address. Your password must be at least nine characters. Both your username and password are case sensitive.

How do I enroll in Online Banking?

How do I access Online Banking?
Click “Login” on the top right corner of our website. There are separate logins for personal banking and business banking.

How do I get to the mobile app?
Here are links for both the personal Apple and Android Apps:

Helpful Tips:

  • Add the online banking URL to your list of trusted websites
  • Turn off pop-up blockers for the best functionality
  • Do not share your username and password with anyone else, including your spouse

Important Note: If online and mobile banking are offline or intermittently working for any reason, we will have a site alert on our website letting you know that you may either have trouble logging in or will not be able to login at all. If this is the case, the above solutions will not work.
