Austin Diehm named Senior Vice President of Consumer Banking

Council Bluffs, IA, January 16, 2025 - TS Banking Group, a multi-charter bank holding company located in southwest Iowa, is thrilled to announce the appointment of Austin Diehm of Council Bluffs, Iowa as the new Senior Vice President of Consumer Banking. This critical role will provide integrated leadership and strategic direction across all consumer banking teams, ensuring a consistent, connected client-focused experience companywide.
Diehm has nearly 20 years of banking experience, beginning his career on the frontline in his late teens. Throughout his career, he has excelled in various capacities, including personal banking, merchant processing, treasury management and commercial lending.

A native of Council Bluffs, Austin graduated from Abraham Lincoln High School and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Leadership with a minor in Biblical Studies from Grace University. He has completed several prestigious banking programs, including the Iowa Bankers Association Commercial Lending School, Iowa School of Banking and Leadership Council Bluffs. Diehm’s dedication to professional growth and community involvement is reflected in his service as the incoming president of the Council Bluffs Noon Rotary Club, treasurer of the Pott County Housing Trust Fund and service on the MICAH House and Dodge House boards.

Austin and his wife, Ellie, reside in Council Bluffs and have five children. In his free time, he enjoys volunteering, traveling and especially spending time outside riding bikes with his family and enjoying local ice cream shops.
